I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Government at Cornell University.

 

My research and teaching interests include international relations, international security, the links between domestic and foreign policy, and the domestic and international politics of authoritarian regimes.  I received my PhD in Political Science in June 2009 from Stanford University.
